P90X second week

The second week is done. Well I missed two days. Not really feeling bad about it since one was Yoga and the second was legs and back. I played in a tournament on Saturday (took 2nd) and I was pretty much dead afterwards. Figure I got my leg and back exercise in on that day. I am still around 211 lbs. Even though It doesn't seem like I lost weight on the scale, I see more muscle and definition so I am not too worried about it. I am going to start adding the abs training this week. Got set aside 15 more mins and mental energy to get thru it but I am bound and determined to get a decent 6 pack this time around.

Day 9

I was too busy yesterday to do day 8 exercises. I know deep down that is a cop out but I am hoping to make up for it today. I did day 8 exercises this afternoon and will do day 9 tonight. I surprised myself..I actually did more today than I did on day one.

Folksonomy VS Taxonomy

Taxonomy and Folksonomy can be used to describe two different ways to tag and organize information on the web.

Taxonomy is a methodical, scientific way of unambiguously classifying and organizing information. This is usually a clear cut definition of data and structure. The number of tags may be definite and predefined. The user searching for data may need to know which categories or subcategories to use as search parameters.

Folksonomy is a term used to describe the collective result of different people individually applying tags to the same online content.
Folksonomy takes advantage of the different perspectives of the different taggers which would give a more complete description than given by
any single user. The repetitive use of tags from different users can re-inforce tag definitions. Some disadvantages to folksonomy is that
it takes multiple users to make the process more effective and there is the possiblity of more search result than needed.
