p90x2 - First week
Hello all. This is a kick off for may second cycle of p90x. I would consider my first cycle pretty successful. I was originally 225lbs and dropped down to 200lbs. The changes were noticable and dramatic. I've since taken about 2 months off and my diet was basically non-existant. I've found my way back up to ~215lbs. Not a good sign I know. Anyway I am ready to start the my second cycle and am looking for ways to motivate and shorten the video workouts. My wife and I sometimes find ourselves waiting for the video to start the next exercise. Im already into the first week of my second cycle and with a class project on blogging, I'm diving right in to documenting my progess with the class. I originally weighed in at 214lbs and am down to 211. I am expecting most of this to be water weight but all my muscles are sore at the moment so I know something is working...again.
